At RAREPUPPY all pets are equally important. We will create a custom pet portrait of any animal, no matter the species or the breed. We've already created stunning masterpieces for birds, bunnies, horses, and some hedgehogs!

Uploads are optional. If it's a gift and you don't want to spoil the surprise by asking for a picture of your friend's pet, we will use the most common body type of an animal/breed.

Our artwork is made by using  proprietary design techniques. After the first sketch is made on paper we transfer it into a digital format to clear the details. After your approval it gets to be printed and shipped to you!

Yes! We are keen on modern, simple design just like you do. If you prefer a design without the name, please note "NO NAME" in the name box.

We offer limited design editions and color palettes every season. After the season is done, those limited editions will never ever be available again. They are truly unique and worth collecting!

Yes we do. All of the orders are shipped with tracking!

Yes, as mentioned above, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive your personal tracking number and delivery updates via email, text or both. 

Drawing a high quality personalized pet portrait takes time. Averagely our art takes around 3 business days to create. By selecting our Skip the line option you will jump to the front of the queue. In this case we will start and finish the portrait in just 1 business day.

Please note that this does not change your shipping speed or production time, just the speed in which your artwork is completed.

As your order is custom made, 100% unique artwork, specifically made for you, we do not accept returns / refunds.

But keep it in mind - we offer previews and revisions to have you 100% sure and consent with the artwork before printing!

Once your custom pet portrait artwork is ready to be printed, we'll notify you via email. We offer 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If the time goes by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider the design work done and approved for printing.
